Job description

1. Scheduling and Appointments
   • Arrange work schedules and holidays for employees in every branch.
   • Arrange the work schedule of dentists in each field to be consistent with needs.
   • Arrange patient appointments in accordance with the schedules of dentists in all fields.
2. Sales management
   • Manage sales teams in every branch. To close sales and create sales for each branch according to the set goals.
   • Follow up and evaluate sales results in each branch. along with improving sales strategies to achieve goals
3. Service and hospitality development
   • Managed and supervised the reception team in every branch. To develop services and impress customers
   • Solve problems or complaints from customers in all branches in accordance with the clinic's service standards.
4. Device and resource management
   • Manage the disbursement of medical equipment (Inventory) to be sufficient for use in all branches.
   • Monitor and control the use of resources within each branch to achieve maximum efficiency.
5. Problem management and situation resolution
   • Solve problems within every branch quickly and efficiently.
   • Perform work in every branch in accordance with the organization's policies and standards.
6. Personnel development and training
   • Manage development and training plans for personnel in all fields.
   • Encourage personnel in each branch to follow the prescribed system of regulations.
7. Controlling work standards
   • Monitor and control the work performance of employees in every branch to ensure compliance with the organization's policies.
   • Develop work standards to be efficient and meet the needs of organizations in all fields.

Applicant qualifications

1. No gender restriction, age 30-40 years.
2. Educational Qualification: Vocational Certificate, Vocational Certificate, Bachelor's degree or higher
3. Have experience as a team leader and managing a team for not less than 1 year.
4. Have good problem-solving skills.
5. Able to work under pressure to achieve branch sales.
6. If you have experience as a clinic, hospital, or restaurant manager will be given special consideration
